Papers will be 9 - 11 pages long, double-spaced, 12-point Times New Roman font, submitted as a Word document to whitepapers@globalbordersecurity.com. Writers will provide their submissions in English using APA or MLA format. Previously published work may not be submitted. Papers will be judged using a double blind review and subject matter experts. Both winners will receive Savings Bonds, a plaque, and an opportunity to present their work on the first day of the Expo. E.J. Krause & Associates, a world leader in exhibition and conference management, has teamed with Northcentral University of Prescott, AZ, to sponsor a White Paper contest for two different categories - including one for working professionals in academics, industry, law enforcement and military professionals, coupled with a second category for collegiate students under the age of 25. The White Paper will support the Global Border Security Conference and Technology Expo in Austin, Texas, on May 21-22, 2008. The topic for the papers must relate to the use of technology for border security: How can science best address the gaps and challenges faced on the world's borders?
